Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using SubTrack. By downloading, installing, or using the SubTrack app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SubTrack. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app. Use of SubTrack is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

2. Description of Service

SubTrack is a subscription tracking application that allows individuals and households to manually track, organize, and manage their recurring subscriptions and bills. Certain premium features require a paid subscription (SubTrack Pro).

3. Account Registration

• You must create an account using a valid email address to use SubTrack.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.

4. SubTrack Pro Subscription

SubTrack offers an optional paid subscription ("SubTrack Pro") with the following terms:

• Pricing: $1.99/month or $14.99/year (prices may vary by region)
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; no partial refunds are provided
• Free features: The core tracking features remain available without a subscription
• Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice

Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use SubTrack for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the service

6. Gmail Integration

If you connect a Gmail account, you authorize SubTrack to access your Gmail data in accordance with Google's Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You can revoke this access at any time. SubTrack's use of Gmail data is limited to detecting subscription-related emails and is never used for advertising or shared with third parties.

7. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into SubTrack (subscription details, household information, etc.). By using SubTrack, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data to provide the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter. SubTrack does not verify subscription amounts, renewal dates, or other data you provide.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

SubTrack is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Subscription detection via Gmail will be complete or accurate
• Data will never be lost or corrupted

SubTrack is a tracking tool only. It does not connect to financial institutions and does not provide financial advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SubTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for SubTrack Pro in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SubTrack after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

13. Apple App Store Terms

Your use of SubTrack is also subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). Apple is not responsible for SubTrack or its content.
